All candles are Handmade, Phthalate Free, Lead free, Petroleum free, Vegan and Zero Waste- you just soak the jar in hot soapy water and use it for plants or to store little trinkets and odds and ends!
Approx 60-70 hours burn time.
Always trim your wick to 1/4" before each lighting. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Never leave a candle burning unattended.
We use a wax that is 100% Soy- not blended with anything else. Soy wax burns clean, is from a renewable resource and actually burns 50% longer then paraffin wax!
Most commercial candles are made of paraffin wax, a bi product of the petroleum industry, which creates highly toxic benzene and toluene when burned (both are known carcinogens). Soot from paraffin candles also contains many of the same toxins found in diesel fuel. Not something we want to burn in our homes. Other toxic chemicals that may be present in the paraffin mixture and released through burning include: Acetone, Trichlorofluoromethane, Carbon Disulfide, 2-Butanone, Trichloroethane, Trichloroethene, Carbon Tetrachloride, Tetrachloroethene, Chlorobenzene, Ethylbenzene, Styrene, Xylene, Phenol, Cresol, Cyclopentene. Some of the toxins are found in other products such as paint, lacquer and varnish removers– that’s potent and powerful stuff!”

When we decided to make candles, we set out to make the best and most enjoyable candle possible for our customers- this to us means a fragrance that fills the room without being toxic or causing headaches like many cheap commercial fragrances do. We love scents so we choose the best quality and healthiest scents which are Phthalate Free. Phthalates are endocrine disruptors and have been linked to early puberty in girls and reduced sperm count in men. They also cause headaches- a common complaint with commercial fragrance. We also use therapeutic grade essential oils to create many of our blends.
We are proud to say our fragrances are also Certified Vegan by Vegecert and Certified Kosher.
