LOCAL DELIVERY

We currently offer:

• FREE Local Delivery within the Urban Waterdown Area (See Map)

Local deliveries happen within 1-2 weeks.

**If you choose Free delivery, but live outside of the free delivery zone shown below, we will invoice you for the delivery fee.**

LOCAL PICKUP

Free Pickup is available within Waterdown and is typically the FASTEST OPTION to get your items. Please choose this option at checkout and we will contact you via email after your order is placed with the pickup address and details.

SHIPPING

We will continue to offer Canada-wide shipping and hope to add US Shipping in 2023. We currently ship with either Canada Post or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless your order qualifies for free or flat-rate shipping.

FREE SHIPPING > Orders over $150 within Ontario and Quebec only.

FLAT RATE $15 SHIPPING > Orders over $150 anywhere else in Canada.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address being input. We will work with customers to retrieve lost packages wherever possible, we are limited in how much we can help find lost items.

Please notify us of any damaged items received within 7 days.

Any shipping costs for items being returned are the responsibility of the customer.
