Originally used in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Gua Sha is a calming practice that helps to reduce puffiness, relieve facial tension and fight wrinkles- resulting in toned and radiant skin.
How to use: Apply facial oil or serum to freshly cleansed skin. Gently glide the gua sha multiple times in an upward and outward motion along forehead, eyebrows, cheeks, and jaw line. Finish by slowly and repeatedly moving down each side of the neck. Wash with soap and water after each use. Use 3-5x per week.
