Refill Delivery Request

How It Works:
1. Complete form below, including your contact information. For more details about our refill products check HERE
2. Within 24hrs of submitting form, you will receive an invoice with your order details and a link where you can pay online.
3. Once payment is confirmed, we will prepare your Refill Delivery Request using clean + sterilized glass bottles, jars or repurposed plastic jugs. Your order total will include a deposit for these jars.
4. Upon future orders, you will leave the empty (rinsed) deposit jars on your porch for us to pick up at the same time as dropping off your new refills. Please indicate in the order form how many jars/bottles you will be returning. Returned container deposits will be credited on your next order, or deposits can be collected in store if containers are dropped off.
5. If there are any other non-refill items you'd like delivered from our store, please order at your convenience from our online store and choose the free "In-store Pick Up/Local Delivery" shipping option and indicate in the comments that you are placing a Refill Delivery Request. Or, add items in the notes section of the order form and we will try to accommodate.
*Local Deliveries are currently available regularly for the Waterdown, Hamilton, Flamborough, Burlington, and Oakville areas, however, updates on pop up delivery areas will be available through our social media @agreenerplace.ca Delivery fees range from $0 - $20. Deliveries will occur on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
